During this call, Harmandeep Chahal will learn more about your goals, lifestyle, and design preferences while also explaining how our team can best support you. If your project aligns with our services, Harmandeep will schedule your in-person consultation before the call concludes.
During your in-person consultation, we take time to understand you, your space, and your vision. We clarify functional needs, discuss aesthetic direction, and outline the overall scope of work. We also review your desired budget and how to maximize its potential.
If your project involves a new build or renovation, we will coordinate with your preferred builder or recommend one of our trusted partners. All construction-related bids will come directly from the builder.
After your consultation, Harmandeep will create a personalized design proposal based on the agreed-upon scope. Once finalized, you will receive a client agreement and an invoice for the design fee. When these are completed, you’ll receive your client welcome guide — and your project officially enters the design phase.
At this stage, the Myriad Luxe Interiors team organizes all inspiration, notes, and requests you’ve shared so far. We refine the initial design direction and develop conceptual ideas for each space. Architectural details, materials, color palettes, and mood imagery are prepared and then presented in an in-person concept meeting for your feedback.
Concepts evolve into fully developed design solutions. This includes detailed selections such as cabinetry layouts, flooring, wall treatments, countertops, lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware, and all finish materials.
This phase concludes with a comprehensive digital presentation — complete with renderings, material samples, and your full design direction.
After approval of the design, all interior specifications, drawings, finishes, and written details are compiled into the Myriad Luxe Interiors Builder Book. Once documentation is finalized, we schedule a review meeting with you. Upon your approval, the book is shared with your builder or contractor so construction can begin with full clarity.
With the construction plan in motion, we move into furnishing design. We review your furnishing budget and any specific requests you may have.
We then begin curating your entire furniture plan — including upholstery, casegoods, rugs, window treatments, artwork, lighting, and accessories (for full-service clients). A digital presentation and physical samples will follow for your review.
Throughout construction, our team attends scheduled site meetings, oversees material placement, verifies design details, and coordinates with your builder to ensure the execution remains aligned with the vision.
Once your furnishing selections are approved and estimates are paid, procurement begins. Our team manages all purchase orders, verifies product details, confirms pricing and lead times, and coordinates delivery logistics.
We inspect each piece upon arrival and handle any replacements or claims if damages occur. Throughout the process, we keep you updated on shipments, delays, and your projected installation timeline.
Installation begins once construction is complete. Our team coordinates movers, delivery schedules, and on-site styling to bring your design to life. Depending on the size of your project, installation may take 1–3 days as we place furniture, style shelving, hang artwork, and finalize the finishing touches.
Your newly designed home is then beautifully staged — ready for photography and ready for you to enjoy.
